This is designed to get interns working on tasks that will equip them with skills needed for a successful future career once they scale through our interview.

Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers. Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. Designing graphic user interface elements and turn software into easy-to-use products.
Collecting and interpreting data. Analysing results, Identifying patterns and trends in data sets. Defining new data collection and analysis processes.
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business. Budgeting and forecasting, planning, and monitoring. Variance analysis, Pricing, defining business requirements, and reporting.
Create and develop product, determine specifications and develop prototypes. Consult market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive.
Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support). Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean codes.
Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs. Testing and evaluating new programs. Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and developing these modifications. Writing and implementing efficient code.
Research on industry-related topics and create both digital media and offline content that caters to the interests of a target audience. Utilize various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts. Conduct keyword research and employ SEO best practices to optimize content.
